When I first started cooking, I was looking for something that is easy and that adds some extra taste to vegan dishes. My creation involves a little bit more ingredients but it’s still easy to make and delicious.
We all know this feeling: it’s hot outside, you are tired of drinking only water and you need something refreshing. I have to admit that I was never much of an ice cream person. As strange as it sounds, I don’t like ice creams.
These are the reason I started eating chocolate again. Seriously, they taste like little pieces of heaven. The first time I made them, was in July 2012 and they were a gift to my husband for our first wedding anniversary.
This recipe for brownies you don’t need to bake was made out of my need to have something sweet for the weekend with my hubby. Since I didn’t have many ingredients, I had to work with minimum resources. My favourite type of “cooking”.
